- Walks a fine line between genuine impact and commercial pressure. Most similar organisations (CDP, SBTi, FAIRR,..) are non-profits or NGOs. - Fast growing at a cost. New investor, external and internal M&A, adoption of new tech initiatives,... mean little stability. Inter-department communication and coordination is a constant struggle. New processes are being implemented but will take some time. - Workload is highly seasonal. Overtime during busy season and barely anything to do afterwards. - Very high turnover rate.
