Minpunten
- Its chaotic, especially on the labs. A constant flow of people coming and leaving the QC Lab team creates a environment where there is uncertainty and where misconseptions are made. Add a bad communication system to it and your daily work changes a lot through the week. More than once I got to hear I had a change of assay hour before the workday was over, leading to overtime and preperation work thrown away. - There is a big blaming culture. People are quick to blame another team/person before looking (and possibly discovering) that they (also) contributed to the problem. - Management and HR don't listen, you are just a number.
