      Pluspunten

      The office offers many events (e.g., Amsterdam Sail last year) throughout the year and is also dedicated to creating an inclusive working space through different DEI initiatives. Colleagues are generally nice to work with.

      Cannot think of anything for now especially after the office move to a newly renovated open, calming and flexible work space

      As a large global organization, some processes can be complex and decision-making may sometimes take time due to the number of stakeholders involved. Priorities can also move fast, which requires good alignment and strong communication across teams.

      Great people; creative projects; good benefits. Just a well oiled machine :) that this year turns 150 years since founded, but that doesn't mean it is not modern, agile and cool... also the products we make? Amazing: Persil, Witte Reus, Fleuril, Swartzkopf, Fa, Syoss, Vapona, Zen'sect, Got2Be, Authentic Beauty Concept, Olaplex ( recently acquired), Pritt, Ceresit, Bonderite, Pattex etc :)

      Nothing I can think of, just to continue to progress, take care of our people and put cool innovations on the market ( did you know our adhesives in smartphones help to cool of the devices?)
