A nice place to work to feel accomplished
Pluspunten
As an implementation consultant, you are expected to understand the requirements and bring solutions to very challenging problems. The size and complexity of the problems that come with the projects are really massive and mostly requires the utilization of newest academic findings which feels and up-to-date. You will witness the beauty and elegance of object-oriented programming world used to solve supply chain management/operation research problems. The training is great, you can always go back and watch video-lectures like university. The feel of accomplishment is massive after successful implementation and delivery of a complex project. The higher management is mostly academic, there is no favoritism here, only merit.
Minpunten
- Overtime is expected and not reimbursed, especially close to deadlines. There is no "It's 6pm now, bye bye". - The pay seems competitive to the market, but vacation days are the law-minimum, I don't like that. Happy employees, higher efficiency. Also, based on your contract, some of your vacation days are chopped of next year if not used.
