I've been at Innova Market Insights for a year now, and it's been an amazing journey. I've grown both personally and professionally. One standout feature is the open and collaborative structure. You can easily share your ideas with top management thanks to their open-door policy. Innovation and entrepreneurship is really valued here. You can learn directly from decision-makers, and your career can advance quickly. If you are hard worker you can grow much more faster at this company than in any other corporates. I spend most of my day in the office and I like the fact that there is a very modern gym with changing facilities and showers making, so you can have a workout before work or during lunch time. There are a lot of international people who have relocated to the city just because of the job and that creates unique international environment with people open to making friends and socializing after work and on the weekends. All said this is not a company where you will be bored because there is no work and you do nothing. This is a place for hard working people who want to grow and make a name for themselves. Therefore, if you are not willing to work hard and just want to have an easy work and not so challenging then this I would not recommend this company to you.
