Awesome workfield, dissapointing management

- Awesome work field - Some assignments are exciting and innovative and you feel like you are contributing. - Great colleagues, very harmonious.
Minpunten
- No clear structure in the company. - Very little or even no coaching or check-ups on the employees because the MT is on assignment most of the time. - If you want any form of training or even basic job coaching, you need a (study) contract. None of the training is without its conditions. --> lack of trust form the employer's side. - Assignments are often far away (for example 1.5 hours to get there). - Primary and secondary employment conditions are lower/weaker compared to other companies. No clear goals are set and therefore it is hard to advance in salary scale. - No clear job title. Everybody has the same title but different projects. What you are hired for, does not not necessarily result in those assignments. - No inflation compensation. - The company markets it selves as an interim and consultancy firm. However, its more focussed on Interim (even for the consultants) and does not focus on research. - High turnover of employees (often <2 years or around 2 years after employment)
