1. All their products have tremendous technical debt which is irrecoverable. And the management niether have the will nor the budget to overcome it. 2. It is basically a software services company in disguise of a product company. 3. Functional and Technical Architects operate in ways that centralize authority and knowledge so heavily that it becomes impossible for others to grow, contribute meaningfully, or develop independent expertise. 4. The middle management's only skill is playing politics to strengthen their own position 5. All the good developers have already left them because of all of the above 6. They use waterfall in disguise of Agile 7. They hire business analysts but the actual job is more of a document writer for the client requirements.

There is a lot of legacy code and not a lot of growth. There is not a strong motivation to be productive and sometimes depending on the team, there is micromanaging.
