Very poor experience with salary and commissions

The only positive aspect was the internal team. It was nice to have a few colleagues I could openly and genuinely talk to. Unfortunately, this relied solely on personal friendships, as there was no official point of trust within the company.
Minpunten
My experience as an Account Executive was very disappointing. Salaries were often paid late. Commission payments were frequently missing, and the company did not honor the commission agreements that were made. This created constant frustration and financial uncertainty. There was also a lack of transparency and professionalism in how management handled employees. Trust and reliability towards the team were consistently lacking. Despite putting in a huge amount of personal time and energy, this was never acknowledged or reflected back. Management consistently gave the feeling of distrust, even when you were working extremely hard and fully committed.
