Minpunten
The people leading the company do not want to admit to themselves that they are not fit for the job. They ignore warning signs, both internal and from the market, recklessly dragging employees down with them. There is preferential treatment toward employees that know how to speak up while others get neglected. Management is stuck in the past and lacks any long-term vision, is biased toward what they think is right, and does not listen to its people, even when a junior designer has more common sense. Barely any trust given to employees, little to no career growth prospects.
