If I have a problem, I can call a colleague, and they are always ready to help. We also share best practices openly, so everyone benefits from each other’s experiences.What I find especially motivating is the company’s encouragement of new ideas. Whether it’s for work or something outside of work, if I have a good idea, I know it will be heard and considered. Overall, PSI Metals is a place where I feel supported, valued, and free to innovate.
