- change management not in place - no specific direction to work towards together > motivation will lack after a while - hierarchy in place that doesn’t make any sense (3 lines of managers which is basically not needed) - managers that do less than “lower level” employees but get more bonuses (and parking spot) - a lot of people get a burn out after working here 1 year
