Dear Sir / Madam, your above comments are being acknowledged. However, we do not feel that they depict a real picture of life within RS2. Internally we have a system that propagates and fosters the opportunity for career and personal growth. As for lack of improvement/ideas, i'm sure you can understand that select information cannot be disclosed, however ample effort is devoted to improving our product as well as followed methologies and culture internally.
