Potentially this could be a good place to work. There are enough smart people around and they have many products. However ....

However (I worked in Agrate Italy), colleagues were not really willing to share their knowledge, as the thought they would be more important for the company if they had unique knowledge. Furthermore salaries are very stagnant. And when one activity is stopped, instead of being cooperative in finding a new position inside the company they prefer to have someone doing nothing for a long time. Not the place for ambitious people who want to learn something.
