No consideration for employees. Do not trust what they tell you: you can't count on anyone. Even if you were there for years, you can be fired without regards. This business is run by amateurs with dubious people who are enabled by a careless (or clueless?) top management. No benefits. No career possibilities. The direction of the company changes every 6 months or so...
