      Great Start-Up, Room for growth, Great team

      Pluspunten

      As a Software Engineer you have a lot of room for experimenting, growth, learning, you'll be in a fast paced environment which is quite dynamic and won't have time to get bored in the long run. You'll be part of an amazing team that is quite communicative and will make you feel part of a team, you're not on your own. It's a quite flexible position with fully remote work which makes it amazing for digital nomads. And great compensation and benefits.

      None. There really are no benefits apart from the monthly pay check.

      I been at the company for more than a year and Ive seen more than 3 big changes in teh direction. Each time that happens, the company sacks half the team. This time its effected me and i got sacked, even though they just renewed my contract. They manipulate people and use fear to control the staff, but they still get paid very well and have all the benefits. This is my first ever review on anything, I usually dont bother, but this company are so bad thats how strongly i feel about this review. I just hope i save others from making the same mistake i did.
