Hectic, disorganised, high pressure without tech leadership

Some domains could have interesting projects but overall lack of big picture thinking and expertise is leading to small teams being far distant islands.
Minpunten
- absence of qualified management and fingers pointing culture - managers yelling at engineers , BA, is very common ans unfortunately normalised - many many people go to burnout -4 engineering managers quit in first year of employment ( some in first months ) due to bad politics ( that was in last 2 years) - high turnover - everything is always urgent and work is done in parallel - leadership is opinionated there is no real discussions - system architects know little about domain and systems so domains are connected inefficiently and its error prone. Some teams do not have even proper test and acceptance environments so its not possible to test well, but QAs are pressured to automate 😂
