Supermetrics is a growing and ambitious company that's dedicated to building up teams who will help its mission to help clients connect, manage, analyze, and activate their data. Supermetrics is a flat organization and people are easy to reach out to. Having interracted with people from product/developments gives me confidence in the skillset and competence of the employees. The middle management I've interracted with is quite hands on and are contributing actively to the success of the company and their teams - unlike other companies where middle management is just dropping things on subordinates, in Supermetrics it feels like they're part of the team and effort. Product/engineering seems rather mature for the state and age of the company, and there is a good balance of processes in place, without putting operational barriers or bottlenecks. The company is leaning heavily towards AI as it perceives it both as an enableler and disruptor, so there are many opportunities to develop oneself in that direction. A big plus is the flexible work environment (home/office) and various benefits if you're in a country where there's an office. Compensation is good, a bit above average than the industry. Executives are open to feedback and are putting effort into making the lifes of employees easier, and there are plenty of ways to flag concerns, and it feels like the chiefs are listetning and actually doing things.
