Great people leave in droves all the time. Staff are pushed and bullied to breaking point and led to tears. Everyone is hunched over their laptops, working from hot desks trying to be cool when it's bad for health and posture. Having worked in a few agencies, River has the worst working culture and it comes from the top. They lie about everything and it is so obvious. Management are disgusting and manipulative. All prospective employees try to look through the spin machine you are fed. Everything they say about River and the CEO is true. The list of failures this agency has accumulated is endless, every day something new is broken and nothing is ever fixed or solved.
