USFQ is a university which provides a safe and healthy workspace. The work environment is great for growth and your colleagues are always there to help you. As an instructor/professor, you have freedom to carry your classes in the way you consider best, and your deparment is there to support you.

As a part time instructor, I knew from the beginning that this would be a temporary job (I left to continue my MSc studies). If you want to become a full-time professor you need to fullfill several requirements, which start from education level.
