Management consists of older people who are not skilled for the level and demand of the position. They do not change according to the change in environment, very inefficient and are not qualified to be in the position. Lot of internal politics, HR is just the puppet for management and never support employees. Confidential matters are never kept confidential by management and HR. Very low salary increase and no inflation correction. Work life balance non existent.
