Limited growth opportunities and a very vertical company culture. Often times decisions are taken that have a major influence on your job without full stakeholder consultation. At the end of the day, unless you are in upper management, you are just a number. Oftentimes a lot of extra work is expected while salaries remain on the lower end of the market. Salary increases are hard and oftentimes too slow.
