There are perks (mentioned above), but the cons far outweigh what's happening within the company. Beware! I agree 100% with what the previous reviewer mentioned. The pay is terrible and benefits are subpar compared to other associations. Management does not care about their employees even though you are made to believe so. They are sharks and self-entitled. The company is title heavy, and promotions are thrown at whim to anyone without any regard to how hard some individuals have to work to receive any sort of recognition. This makes office morale terrible! In addition, this organization is very cliquey which contributes to the lack of office morale. People tend to gossip a lot. There have been several inappropriate actions that I witnessed firsthand. I must reiterate that this company has an extremely high turn over rate for a smaller company. Why has management not paid attention to this? They clearly need a wake up call.
