Raised money but is very frugal with its operations and building strategy Focused on getting operations right before starting to spend money on brand or marketing Operates like it’s Day 0 and is nimble and changes plans to adapt as frequently as required

Minpunten

Very small team so the balance and load can get difficult. Also a new difficult category, so things change often and fast

I want to be fair so I would say that there a few pros here. - Salary credited always on time. - Co-workers are good and helpful.

Minpunten

The cons exceed the pros and which is why I would say don't work here. - Toxic work culture. - They want to cost cut on everything. - HR promises something else on joining day and then everything is the opposite. - Everything is monitored even your breaks. - There is no space in the office yet the managers will expect you to always stay on the floor.
