Where do I start?? Do not apply or join this company unless you enjoy back stabbing, poor leadership, weekly changes of goal posts and being led by a team of inexperienced young management from dodgy recruitment and sales background. The place is akin the BBC series the Apprentice and a Wild West cowboy shootout at noon. The Job Description is a lie and what they tell you at the interview is not what you will do. A blame culture and an ethos of "Yes Sir/Madam and do it Now!! Save yourself and look elsewhere - this is a seeking ship with the current leadership.
