Writing this review because my manager and the HR are sad with the latest GD reviews. I feel bad for them. I feel bad for 1902 because Peter and Pam have been good to me and to other employees. My PM is the best pm I have in my IT career. He is not only a pm, but a leader and a good friend. He cannot be at his best if 1902 did not have the process to support him. 1902 is strict and disciplined. It requires us to track our time, write a short report and submit them daily. We update scrum board and task status. This small things made you more organized. We have WFH, our team goes to the office once a week. I miss the office culture before the pandemic when many people were there. I wish the other teams also work in the office often. Been happy with my salary. Compared with some batchmates I have a good salary here. There are many thing to learn at 1902. Been pushed to use ChatGPT AI for coding. If you appreciate an organized workplace this is a good place to be.
