1 EDI Source is a great place to work, I've never seen a workplace that cares so much for their employees! Benefits are top notch, they really care to make sure we have the best that they can offer and they are constantly finding new benefits to take care of us! Wonderful work and life balance, everyone's knows pretty much everyone and we are like family. Management and Upper Management knows you, you're not just another employee or number and they really do care about you as a person. They do their best to give us as many opportunities as they can and encourage you to get involved and like to hear new ideas you have for the company and things that would make us better. Encourage employees if positions apply and your skill set aligns, to explore different paths and avenues within the organization and management is supportive of this. John who is the owner and CEO has an open door policy, you can come and chat with him about anything work related or non work related- he strives to get to know the employees and goes out of his way to make sure we are taken care of. Company regularly innovates our products to stay ahead in the marketplace and has put a lot of things in place to make sure the word is getting out there about our company, to generate leads, and to make our products competitive.
Minpunten
We are a smaller company, so not a lot of mobility upwards as far as promotions go... not a con of the company just worth mentioning for anyone interested in coming on board with us. We do have a long way to go as far as process improvement, SFDC adoption across the organization, and documentation (keeping it updated/keeping it central locations for use) but hopefully this will come in time. Product Management could do a bit better of a job taking the feedback from the sales team on what we need to be able to get in front of customers and land more deals, we get feedback from customers on why they didn't choose us and we really need to make sure we take that feedback and make improvements in what we have in-house to be able to be knowledgeable and provide more well-rounded demos.
