Pluspunten
In the company for almost a year and so far I only received warm, positive and awesome communication from management team and great team spirit to be able to improve workflow and become the best I can within my position. All of it without any type of bad pressures but tips and helpful words and vibes which push ourselfs to do better and better and ultimately need to say again - great work environment. Even with remote work there is sensibility of management to make everyone feel upbeat, connected and have productive days. Work/life balance is great with great compensation days and good work hours, after adjusting yourself to the whole work process. Benefits are above most jobs with similar payouts from my point of view and if there is room to more career opportunities or raises whitin positions with continuous good work, in my point of view this company can really have something special, which is employees locked in that will do their 110% to keep serving the company goals.

Strangely enough, so far so good and with a big 0 cons. Only time will tell if there is some kind of meritocracy to its employees which to me feels important.
