Unlimited PTO, most people at the agency are young so it’s easy to get along with everyone, relatively progressive company, 401k matching, not micromanaging

Minpunten

Recently there have been quite a few structural changes that have left many people at the agency lost and confused. Current clients are happy and the agency is slowly but surely winning new biz

A rare place where the company actually cares about the people and the work is good - while still being balanced with life. Environment has only been collaborative for me, I’ve worked a lot of places that cannot claim the same. It’s special.

Minpunten

Limited growth opportunities at times. Not as high of pay as other tech companies, but worth it in my opinion due to work-life balance and other benefits that go beyond a paycheck

Low pay for the amount of work that's being done. Lots of benefits have been cut to not justify the pay anymore...
