Hostile environment, - werkgeversreview Anonieme werknemer bij 3D Innovation

No value for human resources (no HR department - which says a lot!), sexist environment and harassment from management, ridiculously low salaries, a very bureaucratic and hierarchical culture that values quantity of work over quality and incites employees to work over hours for appreciation, no space for growth for employees. I regret the time i spent there...toxic environment!
