Pluspunten
None anymore, this past year, whatever culture there used to be was erased by tone-deaf leadership, micromanagement, pay cuts, mandatory cameras on during meetings. The company had 3 rounds of layoffs in just over 6 months. This is not an exaggeration, the company has a major pivot in company strategy monthly and leadership consistently makes terrible decisions. The founder expects everyone to be on call all hours of the day and night and while on vacation.
Minpunten
Leadership is unaware of their shortcomings and instead of self-reflection and ownership, they project the need for improvement onto the subordinates who received pay cuts.
Several employees I've spoken to said this is the worst company they've ever worked for.
Leadership does not look out for their reporting teams or take accountability for executive decisions. When employees voiced their frustration with leadership, it repeatedly went ignored.
Leadership often pats each other on the back for what they believe to be an incredible job. This is the worst management you could imagine. Their management style is to brute force employees into doing their poorly designed strategy - remember it's a new strategy every month - and after seemingly infinite bad ideas and failures, they're still in leadership, announcing to employees how incredible they are at leadership.
