you will leave the company knowing exactly what a bad place in aviation to work for looks like.

Minpunten

basically everything. if you are sheetmetal you can expect to do mostly interior work. every inspector wants the paperwork filled out differently, so its almost impossible to get anything finished on time. night shift does the wash every single time. none of the mechanics are happy there so everyone always seems to be in a horrible mood. expect to have to fix a bunch of screw ups, they aren't worried about keeping idiots working there.

good pay and that's it.

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
