Good manager, no micromanagement , and great hours

Most managers are horrible if you're on the floor you'll get treated like garbage while the leads sit on they're butts doing nothing and hiding.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear you felt you had autonomy to do your job and the work hours were beneficial to you. We have multiple programs in place to help educate, teach and develop our current and future managers. We know how critical it is for managers and employees to build a strong relationship. good pay and that's it.

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
