No HR help when needed and forced to clock on finished work cards to get paid.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear your experience working for AAR was not what you had hoped. We have multiple things in place to help our employees enjoy coming to work such as open door policy, stay interviews, engagement surveys, management and leadership development, employee resource groups (ERG), and HR business partners. We will continue to make sure we are engaging employees and helping them where we need to.

good pay and that's it.

everything. where to start - new employees are treated like garbage. no vacation days until 6 months then you get 3 days.... for an entire year (sick/vacation). useless pto. no insurance... even though you are working for AAR they use a staffing company - which is still aar to get away with this. not paid for hours worked - manipulate hours/pay weeks in order to avoid paying OT. scummy leadership, favoritism, and unless you're related to or sleeping with someone in leadership - you will get laid off.
