Pluspunten

Serving the 50+ population is very important. They do lots of research to support the funds they spend to support social mission programs. They are passionate about their advocacy positions. Lots of smart people there who are committed to their work.

Minpunten

Too many reoganizations. Some folks have been there so long that their skills are not sharp, and there is too much 'management by consensus' with too many people invited to meetings who do not have a real stake in programs. Very inefficient meetings.

I was able to take on multiple responsibilities, like research and volunteer engagement, with consideration of my time and workload from school.

Minpunten

At times, I felt like my work wasn’t as important or could’ve been done by my supervisors, especially when projects were close to completion, they would be altered but I understand it was for time efficiency.
