low pay, long hours, almost too PC for their own good (in terms of hampering creativity), low pay for anyone who is not a writer, actor, or producer

Loved working here. My main role was account management and driving new business. I was also responsible for selling event sponsorships. The benefits were generous. Good salary plus commissions. Flexibility to work from home as needed. Loved the Disney benefits.

Minpunten

Sales is tough in the Bay Area due to traffic and dense population, so lots of time is spent in the car.
