This place is a fine place to start your career, still solid developers exist on the team that are great mentors.

Minpunten

Get out before it sucks out your soul, the pay is terrible and won't get much better (unless you quit and then they will attempt to retain you), most of management is completely inept, the ones that aren't have no cache within the company (not family members). Culture is next to non-existent, the development/release process is a complete mess with no hope of change on the horizon. There are much better places for you to work in the area if you are even a remotely competent developer.

We need to do a better job of making sure everyone is connected and involved and we are open to any ideas you may have to improve our community, from day-to-day processes to after-hours events.
