1 .Do not expect appraisal more than 5% or your appraisal may delay up to 4 to 5 years too. 2. Company interferes in your personal life too. HR team (of 6 HRs) checks your social media profiles to know about your personal life. 3. As a girl, I faced mental harassment from the VP level persons. The behaviour of top most seniors (VP, CEO) is too pathetic. They irritate when you work sincerely. 4. There is no fix working hours, you need to work for more than 10 hours with no appraisal or increment.
