Have lots of good working colleagues (not higher ups). Nothing other than that.

Minpunten

1. Double standard in Higher Management 2. Irresponsible Managers 3. No direction and guidance given from managers 4. Meaningless OT (No OT pay but have to OT as a 'TEAM') 5. Guilt treatment 6. Micro-managing 7. False accusation (always 'you' problem) 8. A a lot of sweet talks and gaslight 9. Always work out of job scope 10. No Work-Life-Cash balance (always pay at the lowest but work the most) Don't think twice before joining, just proceed to find next job offer!!!

-Management provides good learning opportunities for employees who are dedicated. -Fast pace, steep learning curve, great exposure- excellent for driven individuals -There is a strong work ethic among some collaborative colleagues

Minpunten

-Inconsistent processes and expectations across project teams -vendor selection and allocation could be more standardized across the board to ensure smoother project execution -fast pace, hence there isn't always time for "hand-holding". May overwhelmed if unable to cope
