Generally a very toxic and pressured project environment with red flags that I ignored to begin with but I should have listened to myself. High turnover of staff. Typically if you don't or can't conform, you're out, and if you've been around a while or mates with management, you're fine. Should equip staff with basics like adequate desk IT hardware to comply with your own DSE assessment you make staff do

Pluspunten

Friendly colleagues and a generally supportive team culture. The benefits package is a real highlight, alongside flexible working which allows for a good work life balance. There are also opportunities for career development for those who are proactive. The environment is busy, which can be great for gaining experience and staying engaged.

Minpunten

Projects can be very demanding and often come with high pressure, which may not suit everyone. The working environment in the Coulsdon office can feel challenging at times, with elements of a less positive atmosphere.

High turn over, no employee retention. No office manager or office atmosphere. No away days, team building. Everyone keeps to themselves.
