I had an incredible learning experience here. The boss really cares about getting to know his interns, what their interests are, and what he can do to help. I was able to work on various exciting projects during my internship and gained a lot of exposure to different sides of digital marketing. The office culture was really friendly and open, which was one of the best parts. All the interns grab lunch together and the best part was getting to meet interesting people from all over the world.

The internship was unpaid, which can be difficult to accept if you have to pay for your own living/food in Shanghai. This is because as a up-and-coming startup, AEXELE does not have enough resources at the moment to pay its interns. I thought the experience I gained was well worth it.
