i don't face any Cons

Seriously, I didn't find any!

I worked for this company about 1.5 months, at the beginning my direct manager told me to study some concepts on GIS and he told me that my laptop will be late for about one month, but I used my laptop and after one week I asked my manager for any tasks to do but unfortunately he told me that we're still waiting the requirements from the client and he let me continue learning on another topics. After one month finally he gift me tasks for another one who's leaving and as you may guessed It is not related with skills and what we discussed on the technical interview. After one week I told him that what I'm doing not what we discussed in the technical interview, but he told me that he will switch me on another project, the next week he told me to submit the timesheet from the first day when I worked on the project not from my first day when I joined and he justify that I they didn't told me about any tasks on my first month and I didn't receive my laptop!!! (Until this day I also didn't receive my laptop!), So I told him that I will quit and thanked him. Now I worked for (15 days) but I got my salary with some cut (13 days) and when I asked him he told me that this month is 31 days and this may make this cut and the HR have their own calculations! Cons: - Not the place that you can find the organization on to it. - There is no follow up on your work (No Agile methodology) - I had a call with my manager and another one from the team and their negotiation was like fighting between them! - There is no structure or any salary range.
