IT is outsourced and not 100% up to speed on software applications. Not much accountability for those who don't follow procedures. There doesn't seem to be raises (bonuses yearly but no cost of living salary increases). A lot of movement to off-shore supporting departments. Cutting of basic office systems (voicemail) can't look good to customers.
