Where do I begin? - They have recently terminated over 50 positions, with a significant amount being people from Care Services, conflicting with their mission. - They have slowly removed benefits like holidays being off for all staff. - They have recently introduced a policy where we are forced to use at least 10 days of PTO; and have to have 75 hours less of PTO than what we have now by February 2026. Additionally, if someone does not have 10 days worth of PTO by February 2026, then they HAVE to take unpaid days off. - Countless meetings that only exist for the sake of having a meeting so someone who does no work can justify their job, holding back productivity by staff who need to get their job done. - Overpaid c-suite staff who are out of touch with the mission.

- Overpaid and out of touch C-Suite - Upper management who claims they will help, but never does when the time comes - Unrealistic fundraising goals - A combatative nature between different departments where they are all chasing the same dollars from the same individuals - After several major staff layoffs, they spent over $100k on flights, lodging, and other areas for a development retreat in 2025 that was completely useless but only done so the CFO and his team could appear that they are doing their jobs - They care more about their image of unity, but not practicing what they preach - Because of additional staff cutbacks they have given pre-existing staff those responsibilities without increasing anyone's pay - Will come up with excuses as to why they cannot increase one's compensation, even if they exceed fundraising goals - The only way to get your workload done is to work past normal operating hours
