Steve Peterman, my direct manager, leads with empathy and trust, he always puts people first, and that made all the difference in how I grew in my role. AMBICO is in the midst of a major, positive transformation. They're investing in modernization, expanding their product reach, and building out stronger marketing and communications. I was given a lot of responsibility and visibility, and I'm grateful to Jennifer McGill for the opportunities and trust she placed in me.
