The workflow would shift every two months and people have to retrain from 0 as if it was a brand new job each time in addition to having new groups and managers. This is not a stable situation and presents itself a weakness towards job stability and work. It can be adapted or is adaptable, however very weak situation. Workplace culture is extremely bad treating people like garbage or disposable things. No care for each individual as if people are a number or thing.
