No worklife balance Salary is less No standards for salary, I am experienced candidate getting lesser salary than freshers hired recently. Watchman gets higher salary than me, and that was shocking to me. No training of any sort, directly assigned project on 2nd day and asked to manage. Internal stakeholders like Dev lead or QA lead are busy in their own tasks, if you raise any request they wont support you. at times it becomes very difficult to manage daily tasks. Management invests only on leads, they hardly bother about other employees and that is the reason there is higher attrition rate. No retention efforts, management wants freshers only to save cost. Clients are not happy and they are leaving one by one. Company is using old client's before 2015 for sales purpose and they have also gone already to company's competitor which was expected. HR is not at all active, they are working like secretory to management, only doing what management says. No freedom to put your opinion or a view.
