I believe in Glassdoor. I really do. More so now, after this bizarre, pride-swallowing experience. I didn't heed the warning, but will be better for this learning lesson. I find it extremely sad that these great people have to deal with such a narcissistic, bullying egomaniac that goes out of his way publicly humiliate his staff every chance he gets. Yes, the "leader" of the company, the "President/CEO" which he just absolutely loves to hear! All of what is written on previous reviews is right on the money! ALL of it. Except, I suspect the current 33% approval rating which is probably given by the couple of the administrators of APCON's Glassdoor account.....which by the way they have been out of withdraw requests for some time now. Either way it doesn't matter. The big guy could care less what is said about him or his "growing" company. Make no mistake, they are dropping like flies and I hear the tumbleweeds in the hallways are starting to multiply. Take what you read in these reviews VERY, VERY seriously. Look at all of them and read them carefully. Be thankful you have a tool like this to use as you look for your next opportunity. Good Luck, and keep looking!
