      Pluspunten

      Laid back environment conducive to work; plenty of help if you just ask, good pay, good benefits. The pay is good. These people who are complaining trying to live above their means. Pay, PTO, benefits are great. It's an over 40 crew, not 'old' but mature with a lot of knowledge & help.
