Pluspunten
- Other than sharing the droning long hours and suffering the beratement and being belittled by the narcissistic CEO and his team of "leaders" (a bunch of yes men that are too afraid to stand up against his racist and sexist comments) with your peers there are no pros to working here.
Minpunten
- CEO is extremely narcissistic and will blame employees for his mistakes and lack of communication. - The entire "leadership" team rules with fear and can't think for themselves, inherently becoming "yes men" to the CEO's toxicity. - Will turn and burn employees to keep costs down (pay at junior/entry levels), all while telling employees that they are valued and needed and then lie about reasons for termination. - THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO WORK IF YOU VALUE LIFE/WORK BALANCE!
