Many of the managers, supervisors, and employees have been around a long time and know the business. Most employees are highly skilled in their fields. There are lots of opportunities within the entire organization to learn other jobs or move to other locations on the west coast. The company is profitable and always hiring so there is lots of job security.

Some departments are tightly staffed and hours might be long, especially during the busy season. Making changes can take a very long time or not happen at all when the ideas aren't coming from management. The hiring process is very selective and time consuming so new applicants have to be patient.
